Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Store Manager to lead the guest experience and coach the sales team to achieve store and personal targets. You will drive high-performance results in a fast-paced environment, mentor consultants, and ensure brand standards are met daily.

You will manage operations, training, and customer flow while maintaining merchandising and planogram compliance. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering world-class service to every guest

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Attend 2-week NHU training within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and coach on the sales floor to hit targets.
• Drive personal and team sales targets through the EGET process.
• Oversee daily store operations and brand compliance.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor performance.
• Resolve customer issues and process transactions efficiently.
• Manage inventory, store upkeep, and merchandising compliance.
• Open and close the store; ensure uptime and security.
