Fives Landis Corp, in Maryland, is seeking a Project Manager to lead critical engineering projects in a high-precision environment. You will ensure on-time delivery, manage resources, and oversee budgets while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Project Management, plus solid organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Project Management is required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, with scope and within budgets.
• Coordinate and support internal resources for the execution of the assigned projects.
• Responsible for resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan and recommend course corrections as required.
• Drive decisions to closure with project team and stakeholders and update plans.
• Develop KPI to measure progress and performance.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs from ship date.
• Use management tools and risk methods to ensure rigorous planning and execution.
• Coordinate communications between FLC and the customer; manage vendor relationships.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain project documentation and reporting frameworks.
• Support the MRE process with Proposal Engineering as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in FLC safety programs.
