• Master's degree in Engineering Management or Project Management.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Experience with high-precision machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budgets.
• Coordinate and support internal resources for project execution.
• Manage resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans and pursue course corrections as needed.
• Drive decisions to closure with stakeholders and update plans.
• Create KPI measurements and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate communications between FLC and the customer and manage risks.
