KMG is seeking an energetic Operating Partner for Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers to lead restaurant operations and drive exceptional results. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy leader who develops future leaders, implements local store programs, and ensures compliance with company policies while delivering top guest experiences and financial performance.

You will recruit, train, and coach the management team, monitor performance, and promote Freddy’s in the assigned community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the restaurant leadership team to achieve financial and guest satisfaction goals.
• Forecast, plan, and implement local store marketing programs in collaboration with the ADO and other OPs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety codes, and labor/budget targets.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff; monitor performance and conduct regular reviews.
• Promote Freddy’s in the assigned community and maintain brand standards.
