Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A to perform repairs and maintenance on tractors, trailers and related equipment at our Martin Brower shop in Coatesville, PA. Shift options include night hours with pay between $38.00 and $42.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing fleet equipment, documenting work orders, and adhering to DOT/OSHA safety standards; some travel may be required, with strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record per DOT regulations.
• CDL License A is highly desired; mandatory in some locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push and/or pull weights.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units).
• Complete thorough work orders and preventative maintenance in the EMS system.
• Diagnose mechanical and electric problems using diagnostic technology where applicable.
• Perform complex inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA and Reyes Fleet Management safety policies and use PPE properly.
• May require driving Reyes family of businesses and customer vehicles; DOT compliance required.
• Some travel may be required.
