Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician B to perform repairs and maintenance on our tractor and trailer equipment at the brand new Martin Brower shop in Enfield, CT.

This full-time role offers a 2:00pm-12:30am or 4:00pm-12:30am shift, with pay ranging from $30.00 to $33.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Eligible benefits include PTO, annual raises, ASE and CDL incentives, 401K, health coverage, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record per DOT requirements to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to frequently lift in excess of 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and perform routine preventative maintenance on fleet equipment.
• Document repairs and maintenance in AssetWorks system with parts used and work completed.
• Learn and assist diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA and Reyes safety standards and use of PPE.
• Maintain a current driver qualification file and undergo DOT drug screening as required.
