Job summary

Envoy is seeking a Producing Branch Manager to recruit, coach, and lead a high‑performance origination team while driving branch originations to defined goals. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Lead a Mortgage Loan team, mentor staff, manage revenue and expenses, and keep current on DU/DO, LP, and Encompass. The role demands strong leadership, sales results, and adherence to Envoy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance or related field.
• 7+ years mortgage origination experience; 2+ years branch management preferred.
• State license: NMLS within 90 days of employment.
• Strong leadership and revenue growth track record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage origination team toward targets.
• Develop and manage branch revenue and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and Envoy guidelines.
• Mentor mortgage loan personnel on policies and procedures.
• Procure new loan applications and fund loans.
