Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and file pleadings in state and federal courts.
• Support cases from intake through resolution by assisting with discovery, scheduling, and overall case management.
• Prepare materials for hearings and trials, with attendance at proceedings as needed.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing timely communication and updates.
