Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow LFCR policies, procedures and regulations.
• Be a role model with professionalism, honesty and integrity.
• Work as part of a team of 3–5 crewmembers in a high‑pressure kitchen.
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Maintain quality and presentation of all served products.
• Set up station according to restaurant guidelines and follow recipes.
• Restock items as needed and handle food items safely and properly.
• Keep station clean with good safety, sanitation and organization.
• Assist with prep tasks during off‑peak periods and operate equipment safely.
