Job summary

Framework Development Group seeks dedicated tutors to provide high-impact, in-person math and/or English Language Arts tutoring to K–12 students across New Mexico for the 2026–2027 school year. Role emphasizes standards-aligned instruction, data-informed planning, and small-group formats (up to four students).

Assignments are statewide, with a part-time, W-2 employment arrangement. The program emphasizes collaboration with schools, ongoing progress tracking, and strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Some prior teaching or instructional experience (classroom teaching, intervention support, tutoring, or academic coaching).
• Strong knowledge of instructional practices in mathematics and/or literacy.
• Ability to support diverse learners, including multilingual learners and students with varying academic needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person tutoring in math and/or ELA to small groups (up to 4 students).
• Provide standards-aligned instruction based on New Mexico standards.
• Use student data to guide instruction and group students appropriately.
• Implement structured lesson plans with explicit instruction and checks for understanding.
• Provide feedback and targeted support to address learning gaps.
• Build relationships to support engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with program staff to align tutoring with classroom instruction.
