Job summary

Empire Nissan is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our Infiniti online sales channel. You will forecast monthly demand, manage inventory mix, hire and develop the internet sales team, and drive targets across fleet and retail accounts.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, Finance, and on-site professionals to optimize the purchase experience, close deals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting profit objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales management experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking in fast pace.
• Willingness to work with the public daily.
• Bilingual a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly Infiniti sales forecast and maintain gross profit objectives.
• Forecast monthly sales expenses with the General Manager.
• Hires, trains, and monitors team performance.
• Establishes sales quotas and manages overall sales goals.
• Ensures all sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Provides timely reports on sales activities as needed.
• Monitors and adjusts inventory to optimize customer choice.
• Develops relationships with local businesses for fleet sales.
• Prospects and qualifies new fleet accounts and retail buyers.
• Builds rapport with on-site professionals assisting with Internet Sales.
• Follows up on daily CRM objectives with the current sales staff.
• Assists in closing deals when necessary.
• Keeps Internet Sales informed of new inventory and current advertising efforts.
• Partners with Financial Services to develop best practices.
• Demonstrates company values in all interactions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
