Job summary

EOLA Power, Florida’s independent provider of critical UPS service and maintenance, seeks an Inside Sales Representative (SDR) to generate leads and qualify meetings for our outside sales team. This in-office role supports Orlando and Doral locations, helping hospitals, data centers, and businesses stay powered.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and thrive in a high-volume environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with opportunities for mentorship,

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills; confident and personable.
• Organized and goal-driven with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable in a high-volume outbound environment.

Responsibilities

• Make ~150 outbound calls per day to prospects and existing customers.
• Set meetings for the outside sales team and move deals forward.
• Reconnect with past clients for service check-ins and renewals.
• Maintain detailed CRM documentation of opportunities and interactions.
• Collaborate with outside sales and operations for a great customer experience.
