Job summary
VASA Fitness is seeking a STUDIO RED Coach to deliver high-energy interval training and provide an exceptional member experience. You will lead energetic workouts, demonstrate exercises with correct form, and support members to reach results in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities include timely class setup, engaging coaching, safety-focused instruction, and promoting related VASA offerings.
Qualifications
- Year of experience in personal, small group, or group fitness training.
- NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification.
- Current CPR/AED Certification.
- Experience leading, coaching, or facilitating a group of people.
- General knowledge of kinesiology and exercise science.
- Energetic, upbeat coaching style.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and start classes on time, ensuring room is set up.
- Demonstrate exercises with proper form and modifications for all levels.
- Be approachable, professional, and engaging with participants.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to member needs and concerns.
- Encourage participation and coach the entire class to meet fitness goals.
- Promote VASA Fitness products and memberships to members when appropriate.
- Receive feedback and adjust coaching accordingly to improve results.
