Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking STUDIO RED Coaches to deliver energetic HIIT workouts and provide an exceptional member experience. You will greet members, demonstrate exercises with proper form, and motivate participants throughout the class in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualified candidates have a certified group fitness or personal training credential, CPR/AED, and the ability to coach a diverse group. Local travel may be required for training and support, and you’ll engage with members through

Qualifications

• Experience leading group fitness classes and coaching groups.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared; greet members at the door to start class on time.
• Safely demonstrate exercises with correct form and provide modifications.
• Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to member needs and concerns.
• Actively move around the room coaching and motivating throughout the workout.
• Encourage members to try Studio Red classes and promote memberships.
