Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a STUDIO RED Coach in Utah (Spanish Fork) to deliver high-energy HIIT workouts and foster an exceptional member experience. You will greet members, demonstrate exercises with modifications, and motivate participants to achieve results.

As a qualified instructor, you will promote relevant VASA products, engage with members, and help grow class attendance while maintaining a safe, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Year of experience personal training, small group training and/or group fitness training.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group of people.
• General knowledge and experience of kinesiology, exercise science, physical fitness etc.
• Promotes an upbeat, enthusiastic, high-energy environment when coaching/instructing.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared, presenting the room and greeting members.
• Safely demonstrate exercises with modifications and ensure safety.
• Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to member needs.
• Lead, coach, and motivate participants throughout workouts.
• Invite and encourage non-members to attend STUDIO RED classes.
• Coach to individuals at their fitness level with appropriate modifications.
