Job summary

VASA Fitness in Phoenix, AZ is seeking STUDIO RED Coaches to deliver energetic HIIT workouts and provide exceptional member experiences. You will be a friendly, high-energy fitness professional guiding participants through challenging routines with modifications as needed.

The role requires fitness certifications, CPR/AED, and ability to engage with members and promote VASA products. This position offers growth, a supportive team culture, and options to participate in the STUDIO RED program.

Qualifications

• NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification required.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience leading or coaching a group of people.
• Knowledge of kinesiology or exercise science.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared for class setup and greeting.
• Demonstrate exercises with correct form and provide modifications.
• Engage participants, stay energetic, and motivate throughout class.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing member needs.
• Encourage non-members to attend STUDIO RED classes to grow membership.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness before/after classes.
