Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a results-driven General Manager for our new St. Cloud club. You will lead pre-sale efforts, drive memberships, and oversee grand-opening execution while building a high-energy team focused on customer service and performance.

You will manage daily operations, set and track KPIs, and represent Crunch in the community to foster strong member relations and club growth. Prior fitness management experience is required and high-energy leadership is essential.

• Sales Leadership – Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to hit aggressive membership goals.
• Team Development – Recruit, hire, and develop a top-tier staff that thrives on customer service, sales, and fitness culture.
• Community Engagement & Brand Representation – Create buzz around Crunch by networking, forming partnerships, and making Crunch the go-to gym in town.
• Operational Excellence – Oversee daily club operations, ensuring top-notch cleanliness, service, and execution of company policies.
• Performance & KPI Management – Track and analyze key metrics to optimize sales, team productivity, and financial performance.
• Lead by Example – Set the standard for energy, professionalism, and success.
