You will drive full-cycle recruiting, source passive talent, articulate our value proposition, and collaborate with leadership to align talent with revenue goals. Base salary at $60k with uncapped commissions and first-year earnings over $120k are possible.

Qualifications

• Sales or Recruiting DNA with 2+ years experience in high-volume recruiting or inside sales.
• Hunter mentality: enjoy dialing 50+ outbound touches daily to reach passive candidates.
• Financial acumen to understand wealth management, annuities, life insurance, and AUM structures.
• Grit and organization to manage a fast-moving pipeline and keep top talent engaged.
• This is a 100% on-site role at our Tucson headquarters; in-person collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive the pipeline with full-cycle, high-volume outbound recruiting to attract licensed Financial Advisors, Annuity Specialists, and Insurance Producers.
• Aggressively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases, and direct outreach.
• Articulate Affinex's value proposition and momentum to prospective advisors.
• Navigate objections around broker-dealer transitions and move candidates through onboarding.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align talent acquisition with revenue goals.
