Affinex in Tucson, AZ is seeking a high-energy Financial Advisor Recruiter to build its nationwide advisory team. This is a sales-first, full-cycle recruiting role focused on proactively identifying and landing elite Financial Advisors and Insurance Professionals.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates, articulate our value proposition, and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals. On-site in Tucson with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume agency recruiting, corporate talent acquisition, or inside sales.
• You enjoy the phone and make 50+ outbound touches a day.
• Knowledge of wealth management topics (annuities, life insurance, AUM) is preferred.
• Able to manage a fast-moving pipeline and keep top talent from slipping through.
• This is a 100% on-site role in Tucson headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Drive the pipeline with full-cycle, high-volume outbound recruiting to attract licensed Financial Advisors, Annuity Specialists, and Insurance Producers.
• Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases, and direct outreach.
• Articulate Affinex value proposition and momentum to prospective advisors.
• Collaborate with leadership to align talent acquisition with revenue goals.
