Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Associate Branch Manager in Jacksonville to support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations, client relationship management, and service quality. You will oversee 3+ client service teams and help drive branch profitability.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, safety, and growth initiatives while coordinating with sales and operations. Strong leadership and financial acumen are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
• Minimum 2-4 years of management work experience
• Proficient in project and time management, resource planning, and effective decision making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating/costing software packages
• Effective oral and written communication skills; solid knowledge of business accounting and P&L management
• Experience in horticulture, landscaping equipment, and managing a fleet of company vehicles

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships and communicate regularly with key clients
• Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality
• Ensure BrightView's existing accounts are renewed each year
• Coordinate and manage client service teams
• Assist the Branch Manager in financial and accounting tasks as required
• Develop forecasts/budgets and track branch performance
