Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Austin to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering top customer experiences with AT&T products and services. You will lead daily operations, drive sales initiatives, and participate in staff development in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and a pathway to management opportunities within My Wireless, including ongoing training and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail setting.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Retail or telecom sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Assist in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Develop, train, and manage team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service.
