The role covers AP, AR, invoicing and payments; bank and card reconciliations; month-end close; and collaboration with vendors and external accountants.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles.
• Experience across AP, AR, reconciliations and month-end.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with vendors, contractors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including AP, AR, invoicing and payments.
• Complete bank, credit card and other account reconciliations.
• Support month-end close, journal entries and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers and contractors, including invoice management and payments.
• Assist with contractor and vendor administration and external accountants.
