Bath Planet, a national acrylic bath remodeling company, seeks a Super Star telemarketer for the Baton Rouge, Louisiana market to join our winning team. Morning and evening shifts are available as part of a fast-growing brand.

You will deliver scripted pitches, handle objections, collect homeowner information, and schedule appointments for our sales reps, with input of details into the computer system and follow-up calls as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Relevant work experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions.
• Product knowledge -- Training provided.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Aufgaben

• Deliver scripted pitch to homeowners.
• Adjust scripted pitch to meet needs of homeowners.
• Handle homeowner's questions and objections.
• Obtain homeowners information including names and addresses.
• Receive appointments over the telephone.
• Input appointment details into the computer system.
• Input homeowners’ information and important details of conversation.
• Confirm appointments placed with canvassers or sales representative.
• Issue appointments for reps to meet prospective homeowners.
• Quality control phone calls.
• Answer telephone calls from potential homeowners who are responding to advertisements.
• Contact homeowners to follow up on initial interaction.
• Update lead information and maintaining reports.
• Reliable Transportation
• Able to work 2nd shift and / or weekends
