Job summary

RaceTrac seeks a high-energy General Manager to lead store operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and mentor a motivated team while managing scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed or in progress.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks, as needed.
• Manager Food Handler certification (and alcohol server permit, if required)

• Ensure high standards in food & safety
• Lead by example in upholding safety and sanitation standards
• Train and enforce compliance with food handling, safety regulations, and company policies
• Maintain a clean & organized store
• Oversee scheduling and payroll execution to ensure proper staffing levels
