Job summary

Thirsty Turtle Seagrill is seeking enthusiastic servers for a fast-paced dining room in Delray Beach. You will escort guests, explain the menu, take orders, and deliver a great overall experience. Prior experience may be required in certain locations; tips are permitted in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name and check in during the meal.
• Provide information about specials and promotions.
• Be an expert on the menu, ingredients, and upsell when possible.
• Take orders and input them accurately into the system.
• Check IDs when alcohol is ordered and monitor consumption.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and monitor order status.
• Serve food and drinks and clear tables as needed.
• Perform side work and other duties as assigned.
• Collect payment from guests.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean, sanitized and safe.
• Build rapport to ensure a positive, attentive guest experience.
