Job summary

Thirsty Turtle Seagrill is seeking a host/hostess to warmly greet guests, manage the waiting list, and direct seating to keep dining flow smooth and guest satisfaction high. You will coordinate with bar, kitchen, and servers to ensure a positive first impression in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School diploma, Valid Driver's License, and Food Handler Certification; prior hospitality experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Prior experience in hospitality/food industry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage waiting list.
• Direct guests to seating and manage seating rotations.
• Communicate with staff about capacity and table status.
• Oversee host stand cleanliness and readiness.
• Answer phone, take to-go orders and process payments.
• Provide excellent service and invite guests to return.
