Job summary

Thirsty Turtle Seagrill is seeking servers to join a high-energy, high-volume environment. The role emphasizes delivering a great dining experience with excellent customer service, menu knowledge, and attentive service.

Prior server experience may be required in some locations; flexibility and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and placing orders, upselling specials, and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience required in some locations.
• Ability to upsell and explain menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to tables; take orders and input correctly.
• Explain specials and promotions; provide menu information.
• Deliver food and drinks; attend to guest needs and ensure a great dining experience.
• Monitor alcohol service, check IDs when alcohol is ordered, and maintain safety.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and assist with to-go or delivery orders as needed.
