Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter and manages the waiting list.
• Directs guests to the bar area while they wait.
• Communicates with staff about capacity and seating.
• Oversees table assignments and ensures proper setting.
• Shows guests to seats, introduces the server, and provides menus.
• Answers phone, takes to-go orders and handles payments.
• Thank customers and invites them to return.
