Job summary

• Handyman knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and respectful manner when seated at station.
• Take verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference.
• Serve high quality food and check orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and pantry.
• Perform side work during shift downtime (restocking, bussing tables, etc.).
• Execute service cycle and team responsibilities at all times.
• Possess menu knowledge to suggestively upsell to guests.
• Write guest checks and operate POS according to company policies.
• Identify and correct system breakdowns to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction on every visit.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers about issues and safety.
