Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional grooming expectations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work irregular hours during busy times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take verbal drink and meal orders.
• Serve high quality food and ensure orders are complete and attractive.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and pantry.
• Perform side work during downtime (roll silverware, restock, buss tables).
• Operate POS and write guest checks per company policy.
• Suggestive selling to guests based on menu knowledge.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty regarding issues.
