Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety and customer service can be taught in house.
• Handyman knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at the station courteously.
• Take verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference.
• Serve high quality food and verify orders for accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and pantry.
• Perform side work during downtime (rolling silverware, restocking, bussing tables).
• Execute the service cycle and team responsibilities at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu to support upselling.
• Use POS to write guest checks and process payments.
