Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously when seated and take orders.
• Serve high quality food and verify orders are complete and correct.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and pantry.
• Perform side work such as rolling silverware and bussing tables.
• Write guest checks and operate POS per company policy.
• Suggest menu items to guests to increase sales.
• Communicate issues to Manager on Duty.
