Responsibilities

• Reports to work well-groomed in clean, proper uniform.
• Greets guests courteously when seated.
• Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference.
• Serves high-quality food and checks orders for accuracy and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness of stations and pantry.
• Performs side work during downtime (restocking, bussing tables, etc.).
• Executes the service cycle and team responsibilities at all times.
• Maintains knowledge of the menu to suggest items to guests.
• Writes guest checks and operates POS as per policies.
• Communicates issues to Manager on Duty and coworkers and proposes solutions.
