Job summary

Ralph's American Grill in Wilmington, OH is seeking exceptional servers with open weekend availability and a passion for guest service. This part-time, on-site role requires energy, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Previous server experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong customer service skills and positivity.
Must have open availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

Greets all guests in the restaurant.
Maintains knowledge of all food and beverages served in restaurant.
Efficiently receives, processes and delivers guest orders.
Engages in suggestive selling practices.
Pre-bus during service and maintains a clean section.
Performs side work and station duties as directed by the manager.
Performs opening, running, and closing duties as directed by the manager.
Responsible for processing all payments and practicing safe cash handling procedures.
Assist in greeting and seating guests, bus tables, and running food when able.
