Lancaster Wings, Inc. is seeking a Heart of House Kitchen Team Member in a fast-paced Buffalo Wild Wings environment. You will prepare ingredients, maintain a clean workstation, and support team members to ensure timely, quality orders.

Ideal candidates have reliable work ethics, prior cooking experience, and knowledge of food safety. You will handle portions, assist in safety compliance, and adapt to a high-energy setting while remaining professional under pressure.

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Experience cooking in high-volume, full-service restaurants preferred.
• Basic food prep knowledge and safe use of kitchen equipment.
