Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Heart of House team member to assist in preparing and cooking menu items to the chain's quality standards. You will maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure timely delivery of prepared foods while following all safety procedures.

You should be team-oriented with a strong work ethic, able to work evenings and weekends, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior kitchen experience is welcome, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
