Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead energetic, inclusive classes that empower members to move together and build community. You will motivate participants, demonstrate safe techniques, and adapt options for different fitness levels while promoting a positive studio atmosphere.

The role emphasizes punctuality, customer service, and active engagement with members, contributing to a welcoming environment and ongoing class participation.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in personal/group fitness or training.
• NCCA-accredited certification for fitness instruction.
• CPR/AED certification current and valid.
• Yoga or cycle certifications preferred.
• Must hold certification for the applicable class format.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-energy, engaging group fitness classes to members.
• Motivate and uplift participants while ensuring safety and proper form.
• Be punctual, prepared, and greet members as they arrive.
• Promote classes to retain participants and attract new ones.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
