Job summary

VASA Fitness is opening a brand-new club and seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for members. You will be part of a team that values unity, passion, integrity, and customer care.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires current certifications, CPR/AED, and the ability to engage participants across fitness levels while delivering safe, enjoyable workouts and clear coaching cues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in personal/group fitness or training.
• Must hold a current fitness certification (NCCA-accredited) and CPR/AED.
• Knowledge of kinesiology, exercise science, and general fitness principles.
• Must be capable of leading, coaching, and communicating with groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-energy fitness instruction to studio members.
• Promote class participation and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Ensure safety and proper technique during all movements.
• Prepare space and equipment, assist with post-class cleanup.
