Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Coach to deliver scientifically designed workouts in a high-energy studio. You will engage multiple members, manage time, and represent the brand with professionalism while supporting membership retention and engagement.

The role requires fitness certification, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule in a studio environment. You will collaborate with the Head Coach and studio team to ensure a top-notch member

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members in each class.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experiences reflecting brand standards.
• Maintain and complete member documentation and records using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing development opportunities.
• Explain membership options during studio tours and respond to questions about programs.
• Support sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
