Job summary

KPOT is seeking a Bartender to join its fast-paced team in Missouri. You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu and KPOT brand, and craft beverages with consistency across orders.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of bartending experience, a State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification, and strong communication skills. POS experience is a plus; strong teamwork and flexibility are essential for success in the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Answer questions regarding menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions, policies.
• Create consistent quality beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Clean and organize the bar to maintain clear sightlines.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by regular check-ins and service quality.
• Inform management of special requests or guest concerns.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, hospitality-focused attitude.
• Balance bar and dining room orders; multitask as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails to fulfill orders.
• Be a team player and assist others to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
