Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a bartender to craft and serve a wide range of beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. The role emphasizes high-volume service, speed, accuracy, and a friendly, team-oriented approach.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced bar environment, maintaining a clean area and handling transactions with accuracy. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous bartender experience in a high-volume bar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must wear a costumed uniform.
• Must be able to work in a smoky environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
