Job summary

Sheehy GMC of Hagerstown is seeking experienced Sales Consultants to advance their careers within a growing team. The role offers a bi-weekly salary plus monthly commissions and includes training, a recognition program, and paid time off from day one.

The package also features a 401(k) with profit sharing and comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, presenting vehicles, guiding buyers through the sales process, and delivering vehicles

Qualifications

• Six months of Sales Experience Preferred
• Energetic and outgoing 'people persons' motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
