Job summary

Sheehy GMC of Hagerstown is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants who want to advance their careers and join our growing family. Today is the day to make a career change, with a bi-weekly salary plus monthly commission, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will guide customers through vehicle selection, explain features and warranties, and deliver a smooth buying experience. Strong communication and proactive service are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Six months of Sales Experience Preferred.
• Energetic and outgoing 'people persons' motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
