Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service.
• High energy and self-motivation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Handling all incoming phone calls and internet inquiries professionally
• Scheduling and coordinating guests visiting the dealership
• Building rapport quickly with guests, converting inquiries into appointments
• Following up to ensure satisfaction and creating lifelong relationships
• Being a master on the phone, persistent, and ready for success in tough situations
