Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Residential Sales Advisor (Design Consultant) to join our fast-paced, results-driven team. You’ll sit at kitchen tables, diagnose homeowner needs, design beautiful door and window solutions, and guide families through a major home investment.

This role requires evenings and weekends, a drive to outperform, and comfort with technology. We offer uncapped earnings, paid training, and a clear path to advancement within our high-energy sales culture.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required; drive is.
• A track record of outperforming in sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, where results were measured.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose homeowner needs faster and better.
• Ask sharp questions and design door/window solutions they love.
• Own the conversation: inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and close.
• Manage a real schedule: two morning, two evening, two weekend slots weekly.
• Hold yourself accountable to the numbers.
• Improve product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
