Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) in Warner Robins, GA. You will visit homeowners at their homes, diagnose needs, design door and window solutions, and guide them through one of their biggest investments.

Expect evenings and weekends as part of the cadence and a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We offer uncapped, performance-based earnings with an average around $190K in the first full year, plus paid

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week. Do it well and the downtime is yours; you earned it!
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
