Renewal by Andersen, a division of Andersen Windows, seeks a Residential Sales Specialist (Design Consultant) in Georgia. You’ll engage homeowners at their kitchens, design door and window solutions, and guide them through a major home investment with an assertive, high-EQ approach.

The role requires evenings and weekends, a performance-driven culture, and the energy to own the sales cycle from inquiry to yes. Training, uncapped earnings, and rapid advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• No formal industry experience required; drive matters.
• Track record of outperforming in any field.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week. Do it well and the downtime is yours; you earned it!
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
