Job summary

River Oaks Honda, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service lane. You will liaise with customers and technicians, present repair recommendations, and ensure clear communication throughout the service process.

We offer a competitive pay range of $50,000-$100,000+ per year, plus medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, paid vacation, and ongoing training. Background checks and a drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Tech-savvy; able to learn and utilize technology.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure all vehicle maintenance needs are met.
• Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Communicate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
