Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Napleton River Oaks Hyundai in Illinois. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and keeping customers informed about maintenance options and timelines.

Responsibilities include writing repair orders with transparent cost estimates, delivering excellent service, and communicating with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technology.
• Auto service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local laws.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

• Work with customers to ensure all vehicle maintenance needs are addressed.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Service Advisor. Located at Napleton River Oaks Hyundai the Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
