Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer data.
• Greets customers in a friendly manner.
• Provides accurate written cost estimates and establishes promised times.
• Monitors repair progress and informs customers of changes, obtaining authorization for additional work.
• Test-drives vehicles or refers to the test technician when needed.
• Maintains customer satisfaction in line with standards.
• Advises customers on vehicle care per manufacturers' specifications.
• Follows safety and regulatory requirements.
